Rain, rain, rain!!!! So read all day and watched a little sumo wrestling on TV.
In the evening, after dinner, Claude had reserved a large room with lots of refreshments and invited the entire team to see his film of our work at Yassiada, Turkey, in 1961-1962, to give an idea of how we developed some techniques of underwater excavation. There were in addition to the Turkish/Japanese team, a Turkish newspaper reporter from Bodrum, and the military attache had flown down from the Turkish embassy in Tokyo.
